The K’ai Tailé Market is seeking to fill one (1) full-time position of Bakery, Deli and Home Meal
Replacement (HMR) Supervisor. This permanent role will consist of 5 days on, 2 days off; 7.5-hour
days, and 37.5 hours per week. Willingness to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and
holidays. The schedule may change from time to time to meet operational requirements.

The role reports to the Co-Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the bakery, deli and HMR
department, overseeing and maintaining the stock shelves; managing the product inventory and to
supervise staff. This a local position to Fort Chipewyan, AB., and candidates are responsible for their
own accommodations and transportation.

 

The Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation (ACFN), Dene Lands and Resource Management (DLRM)
department is seeking to fill one (1) full-time, permanent position of Land-Use Planner. This permanent
role consists of 5 days on, 2 days off: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour days, and 37.5 hours per week.
However, schedule and work location may change from time to time to meet operational requirements.

The role reports to the Director, Lands and Rights. The Land-Use Planner is responsible for ACFN/DLRM
land-use planning activities; ACFN/DLRM land code planning and activities; coordination and
management of land-use data/information issues; and administers the reserve remediation.
This is a local position to Fort McMurray, AB., and the successful candidate is responsible for their own
accommodations and transportation.

 

The Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation (ACFN) is seeking to fill one (1) a full-time position of Finance Clerk. This position consists of 5 days on, 2 days off; Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour days, and 37.5 hours per week. This position is local to Fort Chipewyan, AB., or Fort McMurray, AB., and candidates must have their own accommodations and transportation. The Finance Clerk is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of ACFN’s accounting department.

week; Monday to Friday; 7.5 hour days; and have a willingness to work variable shifts including evenings,
weekends, and holidays. The schedule may change from time to time to meet operational requirements.

The role reports to the Co-Manager and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the KTM premises.
This is a local position to Fort Chipewyan, AB. Candidates are responsible for their own
accommodation and transportation.

 

The Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation (ACFN) is seeking One (1) Temporary Plumber to join the
Housing Department. This role is for a period of one (1) year and with a possibility of extension; the shift
is two weeks on/one week off (10 working days on/5 working days off); Monday to Friday, 8-hour days,
and 40 hours per week. However, schedule and work location may change from time to time to meet
operational requirements. Reporting to the Housing Manager, ACFN; the Temporary Plumber is
responsible to plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls of
ACFN’s facilities, housing construction sites and residential homes.

This role is local to Fort Chipewyan, AB., and the successful candidate is responsible for their own
accommodations and transportation. Please note: Willingness to be on call during the two (2) week
period of work, and is a condition of employment.
